  We love Dr Kwak and his staff. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The office is incredibly clean and the waiting area is so fun! We love seeing Buddy every time we’re at the office. My kids actually enjoy going to the dentist now!

  From the first impression over the phone, I have been impressed by this practice. The staff were understanding when I called at the last minute to reschedule due to illness. And I appreciated that they called me a few days before the appointment to let me know a possible procedure would not be covered 100% by my insurance, so I wouldn't be surprised later by the bill.
  
  My son has not had good experiences at prior dentists, but he left his appointment happy and looking forward to returning in 6 months. The hygienist was patient and took her time letting my son calm down and actually working with him, and the doctor was a chill personality and patient with us parents. The waiting room was pleasant, staff friendly, and we all enjoyed petting the therapy dog.

  I took my 2 and 3 year old in and was worried my son wouldn't do well since it was his first visit but they loved it and did great. The therapy dog, video games, and TVs made it exciting for them. We got there thirty minutes early but ended up leaving before our appointment was even scheduled it was so fast. Definitely recommended.

  We had such a wonderful experience today. From the moment you walk in, you just feel welcome! The office has such a fun feel to it. Everyone is so friendly. Dr. Kwak was very informative during both of my kids check up. The TVs above the chair were a huge hit for my kids. Buddy the service dog is the cutest! Just so many great things to say! My kids (11 and 8) said they couldn’t wait to come back for their next cleaning!

  The staff is the friendliest I’ve ever worked with! We asked that Buddy the therapy dog be there to make our daughter feel less nervous for her first appointment and the moment we walked in the door the doctor himself brought Buddy out to greet her by name! They were super patient and understanding when our daughter cried during cleaning and were so nice to her! I think we’ve found our forever dentist! Also gave us great tips for brushing her teeth, which is always a battle.
