  After researching options online for several days I was referred to chim chimneys. They were able to answer all my questions on the spot and select the perfect log set for my house. Staff was very nice and the installer let the work area clean when completed.

  Outdoor kitchens. Grills. Grill accessories. Wood and wood pellets. Seasonings. Cooking oils. Cooking utensils. Lots of other stuff. Very helpful and friendly staff.

  UPDATE: We decided to go back and give them another try as we really like supporting local businesses and pictures on their site looked like they do good work. We went in explained what happened. They were apologetic and assured us we would be happy with the result if we would give them the chance for our business. We went forward and I must say the work is really good. Brad and Sarah did a great job helping us through the process. Chris and Stephen did an awesome job on the installation.
  So while we had a challenging start it was a great finish.
  
  This was the oddest experience. After seeing many good reviews and wanting to buy local we went there to see about remodeling our fireplace. The woman that helped us asked about our project and then asked when we were looking to do it. As soon as I said quickly she said they were booked until May. When I said we were looking to get it done sooner she said she wished had a house to live in but that wasn't happening either. She was basically shaming us for wanting to do a project when she didn't have a home to live in. I appreciate her circumstance but that is not what you push on customers wanting to buy your services. She didn't even want to price it out or try to get our business. I am not sure how they are booked to May treating people like this.
