(February 24, 2018, 6:30 pm)I upon this place for permanent eyeliner and I'm glad I did! While it is generally a pricey application, it is well worth it. Amber was very friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job making my eyeliner there, but with a natural look. The place was very clean. I haven't used any of the other services yet, but plan to at some point.
