We've heard some horror stories of other apartment complexes in the area and we are grateful that this property is amazing! (August 7, 2018, 10:31 am)I enjoy living here and have had a pleasant experience the entire time. I would recommend the complex to anyone looking in the area as it is quiet, peaceful and in a central location.
To address the negative reviews, there a few residents who ruin it for everyone by not picking up after their pet, not throwing their trash in the dumpster, parking illegally, leaving items in the breezeway, ruining community equipment, etc. I cannot fault the management for the lack of respect by a few residents. It is NOT management's responsibility to pick up after the residents but they do it anyway to keep the property clean. I have apologized to the maintenance team for the action/inactions of the few lazy residents and thanked them for helping keep the property clean.
My advice to anyone reading the reviews, keep in mind most of the negative ones are no fault of management and are going to be experienced at any complex.
