  Been in this park a while and seen a lot. Eyes n ears open, mouth shut. but saw things happen and i have to speak. Park is changeing fast for the better. Still needs $ put in for better pads and some trash needs taken out but huge changes in a short time since Francis been here. The only people who dont like her is the ones she stand up to. Every body else love her but some afraid to say it since theres still some friends of last mgr here. And why i dont say my name. Last mgr Jana get fired or whatever but is still close by and asking for people to move to her park for discount and leave bad msg on this one. Ain't right and I post here because one of those people thinks I like them and just asked me to move and ticked me off. The good thing is the ones leaving are ones you dont want around you anyway. Use to have drug dealers and shady stuff going on. Francis been cleaning that up and difference is huge but some credit goes to Jana since that is who she been pulling to her place. All works out in the end and I feel safer for me and my things more then ever. Heard she might be leaving. I don't know who to ask but I think owners read this.

  First of all my husband and I think that this is a great RV park Francis is a wonderful person very very helpful and so is the staff Francis is very accommodating and travels the park looking for any problems lol I would highly recommend tropical gardens RV Park anytime yes they are cleaning the park up thank you Francis for that keep up the good work

  We travel constantly for my husbands work and live in our 5th wheel fulltime so we have ALOT of experience with MANY RV parks across the country. As far as this park itself goes, it's in need of many (and I mean MANY) improvements but for the most part it is safe and clean. It is lacking some amenities but from my understanding the entire park is in the process of being redone. If it weren't for the new Park Manager we would not continue to stay at this park. Miss Francis has gone above and beyond to make sure me and my husband with our 5th wheel, as well as my sister-in-law with her 5th wheel, are as comfortable as possible. The "bad elements" are in the process of being eliminated, thank goodness, and it is already starting to look a lot better around here. I have talked to several of the residents and they have said that the manager that was here before Miss Francis really did some damage to this place and that's a shame. Thankfully, Miss Francis is working herself to death to get this place back where it should be and she is really making great progress ! Thank you, Miss Francis, for making your residents a priority, you have the right ideals in mind for this place and I am quite confident that under your care this place will once again be the beautiful, safe and relaxing park that it was initially created to be ! Your care and hard work is very much appreciated by those of us that care like you do ! Dean and Kim French
