  Our Friendswood vet sent our 107 lb Dane-Boxer mix for a second opinion. The clinic was clean. The staff treated us in a kind and professional manner. They spoke with our vet to understand our fur baby's case and quirks BEFORE our pup was sedated for an exam that would have been painful awake. The price was less expensive than our normal vet. Should our pup need immediate care and our doc is unavailable, we will make the 45 minute drive to see Dr. Johnson. (Rather than see a substitute vet at our regular clinic). Our Sophie isn't ferocious and we exam with muzzle on to cut down on the intimidation factor. However, you'd be amazed how many vets are overly cautious and fail to provide a really comprehensive exam. Their nervousness translates to the dog, etc. Dr. Johnson wasn't intimidated by her size. If you have a big, well muscled dog this clinic is a good option.

  Dr. Johnson is a very knowledgeable veterinarian and very friendly.

  I was very pleased with my visit to Scott Vet clinic. Dr. Johnson was very personable and attentive to my cats' problem. He caught her up on her shots and scheduled a surgery. Since I had not gotten routine shots for Carolina, she was very lethargic and would not eat and she was very sore from the shots. I had to cancel surgery but will be rescheduling.
  The receptionist was awesome also.
