The owner took his time to explain the process and gave me tips on how to prevent future swirl marks or scratches from happening when washing the vehicle. Really knowledgeable guy and you can tell he enjoys working with vehicles. After a few hours my entire car was detailed and looked better than when I bought it! Well worth investment.
