I needed to get my van inspected for its yearly registration, so I just decided to drive towards the Tax Assessor-Collector's office and find a place on the way. Being a science fiction fan, the name of the shop certainly was intriguing. I pulled in and went inside. I was greeted immediately by a smiling and pleasant office staff who informed me that they could inspect my car immediately. I found the waiting area to be comfortable and well-appointed. I enjoyed casual conversation with the office manager while my car was inspected. I passed the inspection with flying colors and was back on the road in no time to go get that inspection sticker. If you're in the Texas City area and looking for a good car repair shop, Area 51 Auto is the place to go!!”
