“I arrived at Valvoline Instant oil change and was instantly greeted by a lady named Kayla who told me all the prices for my oil change and wipers. She had told the price for two sets of wipers. One was two for 25 and the other was two for 40. When I pulled into the service center another guy name Joseph told me a completely different price he said one was two for 12.50 and the other was two for 30. After that I didn’t want to be helped by Kayla because she was trying to charge me more than Joseph was and I was upset. Your employee Kayla is incompetent and should be working else where if she does not even know simple Prices. Other than that this service centered was quick and efficient and I will be returning!”
