“It’s a small gym but has everything you need to get the job done. It’s always clean and provides towels and filtered water. I’ve heard of issues with Anytime Fitness’ contracts, for me I pay annually and have never had any problems, after 12 months it automatically cancels unless you pay again.”

Without her I would probably be in a wheel chair. She is one of my very best friends and confidant. She helped me with nutrition, exercises, essential oils to help me relax, and meditation classes.
