They’re making sure you learn the movements and solidify them before you start slapping on more and more weight – which is completely different than other boxes I’ve tried in the area. I love that they care about you and making sure things are done right. So far, the people that I’ve met here are awesome too. I can tell that this box has the family atmosphere. I couldn't be more lazy if I wanted to be, but the kickboxing classes here are so fun and martial arts focused, rather than cardio, that I get an intense work out while also enjoying myself, and becoming a stronger human being. I'm learning self defense & burning calories like no body's business! Plus, the environment is really clean, and aesthetically conducive to a healthy life and attitude. Wouldn't pay to go anywhere else! ^_^”
