I highly recommend this clinic as a quick solution to not being able to get into your primary care clinic right away or more urgent cases. If they feel like you are in need of more emergency help then they will refer you to the ER and not even waste your time or money. Very good.”

“I love this gym! The owners Jason & Melinda are so kind, helpful & accommodating. The gym is always clean & we are always notified of new “news” and any changes. They make you feel at “home” there, so much so, you WANT to go workout! Not only have I made a new family there, I’ve made some good friends. The newest trainer Erik came in with his sunshine attitude ready & willing to train & teach us, but also to get to know us. He asked daily about how he can help us & got to know our strengths & weaknesses. He will kick your butt if you want or he will gently modify your workout for any aches, pains or injuries you may have. He always plays fun music & is in the AF spirit all the time! Even at 5:30am! ????”
