He took care of the extra water so it didn’t go everywhere, moved all my items from under the sink, cleared the drain, cleaned my sink, fixed a loose drain, made sure my dishwasher would drain properly, put everything back & then checked to make sure it was all working properly several times. “Since Hurricane Harvey, we have worked with a lot of contractors. None of them were as professional or high quality as New Image Remodeling. They came in, gave me a bid, and together we set a timetable for the repair work. They came in early every day and were gone by the time we arrived home. (Most other contractors showed up between 10am-2pm and worked throughout our dinners. It was hard sharing home life with them.) When they ran into a plumbing issue, he explained the issue fully and gave a good price for the extra work that was needed. There work was impeccable, and they always cleaned up after themselves. There were no major delays during the work schedule. They said it would take 2-3 weeks, and it took exactly that. Most other contractors needed at least twice their quoted time. I would be happy to work with New Image Remodeling again, and I would recommend them to anyone. They reconstructed our bathroom shower. It looks beautiful now!”
