As I am in customer service myself and have been for some time, the amazing service I received was almost shocking. This young woman, Melanie was so kind, helpful, truly caring and attentive! It’s a small store but they’ve got quite the selection when you’ve forgotten something and need to find a random screw, etc. Someone usually greets you at the entrance to see what they can help you find and if not, someone will swing to help by if you’re looking lost.
