I hadn't dyed my hair in 14 years, and even though the color was exactly what I'd asked for, when I looked in the mirror something just felt wrong. I was convinced that something was wrong with the color. The next morning was a whole nother story, but Monica was kind enough to take some extra time last night to explain how the light was reflecting off of my hair, because it was nighttime after all, she diffused my very curly hair so that I could see the color the way it would look after a natural air dry and I'm feeling much better about my decision. It definitely was a process and a journey and the stylists are in very high demand so if you are in Galveston trying to walk in, I definitely recommend setting an appointment because people are clamoring for these stylists time slots every single day.”
