“Just out looking for good bird photos and stopped at the parking lot just before the Texas City Dike and found 2 beautiful Brown Pelicans in breeding plumage as well as a bevy of both American White Pelicans and Brown Pelicans and one lone gull in the middle...Herring Gull, I believe.
