“This will be our go to Shutter company as long we own homes that require hurricane shutters. I was looking for Rocker Cover Switches for my shutters and you would have thought I was on a scavenger hunt! Called 5 local shutter companies, all of which, did not even return my calls. You can't just go to Home Depot or Lowes or and Electrical store and buy them. John's Shutters answered their phone and Julie in the office took all my information, gave me her cell phone number so I could email her a picture of what I needed to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted, checked her inventory, called me back and gave me a quote and held the product until I could pick it up the next day! We met the owner John while we were there and were very impressed with his knowledge, helpfulness and work ethic. While we were there, my husband got some stoppers for our shutters that he had been looking for and we were able to see the latest and greatest in their product line! Worth a call if you need shutters or anything shutter related!”
