“We have lived here for 3 years. They recently sold the place...3 weeks ago. New management seems to be more organized than old one but not sure yet. Big plus is no apartments even got close to flooded during Harvey. A lot of cars did get flooded since parking lot drains into the lake hence the lake fills and parking lot cannot drain. No major complaints except dog breed discrimination.”
