So I had some pretty extensive hail damage in my low milage 2017 STI. John and Shilo are the best in the business. Between the most consistent communication from a shop, to some of the best level of work I've seen, I cannot stress how good of hands you are with these guys. Excellent paint and body work on our car. Dealing with the insurance adjuster (girl, 18 hit us) was becoming very frustrating. Shiloh successfully negotiated with them to be sure the repairs were done properly -- no unacceptable shortcuts (such as using junkyard parts for our 2 year old car). Personal service that was friendly and timely. We are both very pleased with how the car looks -- not just new --but better than new. We recommend them highly!
