(December 31, 2019, 5:27 am)I have dealt with James Avery for 30 years. They are fantastic artisans! The staff in the Sherman store are awesome. When a mistake was made during Christmas by a temp employee one of the full time girls was able to take care of the situation in 5 mins, letting me complete a ring set I had wanted for several years.
