  I attended Camp Allen as a summer camper over 40+ years ago. I have so many fond memories. My daughters have also attended the summer camps. They are phenomenal. From the activities to the food. We all have loved every minute. Over the last 5 years we have used the cabins for family reunions. Now that is awesome. Private cabins and meeting space. Enough room for outdoor activities and plenty of room for inside gatherings and meals. I have even had the privilege of staying in the area that is more like a hotel. It has a great cabin feel. If you are looking for a nice quiet escape I recommend you book. You will love it.

  A beautiful pristine Forest of Rolling Hills. Lakes excellent accommodations.. walking trails fishing. Texas food that is out-of-this-world... a friendly staff. a great price.. what's there not to like except I just can't go there more often.. and I'll tell you there are no TVs in the rooms..who needs them..no radio blasting away at your peace..there's a simple desk with a the Good Book..and hand made quilts on the walls.. a place where you can go and re-establish contact with your Father in Heaven..so what are you waiting for?..Life is short..

  I just returned from 4 amazing days attending a conference at Camp Allen....I hope to go back again, and again! Such a beautiful, quiet, restful place. Next time? I want to bring the family. I have to add, that it's so reasonably priced -- and the food? Three fantastic home style meals a day. There are places that are just good for the soul. Camp Allen is one of them.
