(March 29, 2021, 4:37 pm)By far the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. I lived here for a year and they take very great care of making the place look good. It doesn't look or feel trashy. They're on the ball if any issues come up. I lived in a great 2 bed/2 bath apartment on the third floor (great sunset views!) and was surrounded by awesome neighbors as well. Never had an issue with anything from them. You can hear doors shutting every once in a while, a temper tantrum, or even someone's alarm clock go off but that's the worst I encountered. Also the highway noise was a constant background noise but you got used to it. Move out was very nice and easy, no hidden fees or them trying to charge you an arm and a leg for something like a stain on a carpet. I wish I could've lived here longer, but we needed a larger 3 bedroom for my daughter to have her own room. Plus this place was so convenient to the mall, Target, Costco, food places, and I-205!

Just moved here from Hawaii so it takes a little getting used too, but Donna has made us very comfortable here and always responds to our calls and/or emails with concerns or questions we have very fast with quick responses to our issues. The staff are on it here and go above and beyond to make this complex look it’s best. From grooming the hedges to making the stall numbers visible. Couldn’t be happier here.

(July 9, 2020, 5:54 pm)This is a great place to live. We were only here for a year waiting to get in to a specific retirement community, which finally happened or we would still be there. Rent is reasonable for the area. Grounds are beautifully maintained. Pool is nice (not sure with current Covid stuff that it will be open though). Garages are available for rent. All call for any appliance problems were promptly handled, and we got our full deposit back fairly quickly after our move out. A delightful place to live.
