  CrossFit Virilis is where you need to be! The day I joined they have treated me like family and are only concerned about my well-being. I am about to have surgery and they continue to check on me and offer assistance and meal plan ideas. I look forward to returning once I am healed. Thank you Stefanie and Tanya! You guys rock!!!

  I'm a disable veteran with a family. Two years ago, between the medications they had me on and my own inactivity, I was walking up a flight of stairs in my house and I realized that I was getting out of breath. I looked down into the living room where my family was and I realized that if things didn't change, I'd be leaving them sooner rather than later. I remembered that Tanya had spoken to me on Messenger a while back, so I decided to get back with her. It's been a hard road. I spent the first year at Crossfit Virilis just nursing my body back to health. Tanya and Jobie were both patient and helped me find ways to keep at it when I couldn't physically do what everyone else was doing. Today I am 40 pounds lighter and I went from a size 38 waist to a size 32 (the size I wore in high school)! It's been an amazing journey and I can't imagine a better box to be a part of. This gym has become a part of our family (my wife joined me and is now a coach!) and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

  I have been to other Crossfit places and I have to say I have been very impressed with how the coaches pay attention to every single person who attends. They make sure your form is where it needs to be and give you the encouragement to stay motivated. The staff does a great job overall, but not only that, when you join, you are instantly in a family. Everyone is friendly and welcomes you with open arms. Come check it out, you won't be disappointed!

  Virilis has significantly changed my quality of life. After years of lifting weights the wrong way I have learned the correct form. The change is incredible. My body is in better shape than it has been in years.
