Very great experience. Staff is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Whole facility and storage units are very nice, clean and well lit. Very satisfied with my choice of renting a storage unit here.

Excellent facility! Clean and well maintained units within a secure property. Pauline was extremely helpful and made the experience with Self House Storage easy and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a safe place to store your belongings.

I will say this is a clean place. The people are friendly. I like that they support the community with a food drive for the local food bank! But do check with your home owner or renter insurance company before renting because I found that most insurance policy companies do cover your belongings even at off site storage places for no extra cost at all! It is usually part of your policy and they can email you the declaration page, or DEC page, to provide to the storage place so you don’t have to take the $9/month policy that is offered!

Solid hospitality and customer service. Huge part of that is the facility manager Pauline. I strongly recommend this storage company.

I highly recommend the Store House Storage Center and their staff. Units are reasonably priced, clean, and easily accessed. However, the best part is the staff. With very short notice, they found us temperature controlled units to meet our sudden change in move in date and multiple slips in move out date as the construction of our new home deadlines slipped.. We also appreciated the automated billing and emailed receipts which made it very easy to manage our time and payments. We even purchased moving boxes from them at a reasonable price that held up better than boxes purchased elsewhere for our home packing and move. I wish every business was this nice to do business with.
