  I had a great experience here. Wayne was very helpful and talked me through everything. He laid everything out very clearly in a way I could understand. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. I feel confident that my vehicle was looked over very well. My car is running much better. Would definitely recommend Schertz Auto Service.

  Schertz Auto Service is one of the best mechanics you can go to. They always take great care of my car and are very thorough when doing any type of work. Wayne and all of the staff are very friendly and eager to help whenever I walk through the door. The prices are not insanely high either which is an added plus. It is obvious that they take great care of their mechanics with the air conditioned working environment as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing work done on their vehicle.

  Honestly, I would not take my vehicles anywhere else. I have taken every vehicle I have ever owned here and will continue to do so. The rest of my family does the same. The staff are beyond nice and accommodating. There have been many times they have suggested repairs but also let me know that certain things can wait and they will keep an eye on them for me (when I come in for routine oil changes) and then let me know when it comes closer to an issue. This gives me time to prepare for those larger ticket items. Obviously unexpected things happen, but these types of non-pushy efforts aid big in the trust department. When they tell me it's important, I believe them! Just recently had some work done on my 2013 Sonata and it is running so much better than before! A vehicle purchase can be one of the most expensive budget items, but keeping the vehicle maintained pays dividends on the life expectancy. Especially as many miles as I put on mine and the length of time I plan to own them.
  Definitely highly recommend!

  I made an appointment for 7 am, 1 hour before I am to be at work, to get my Mini Cooper S oil changed. This in itself could be risky.... But, not at Schertz Auto Service! I was in and out in plenty of time to get to work. I was very impressed with the state of the art facility. The waiting area was comfortable and stylish. There was coffee, water, soda for the customers. Everyone was kind and courteous and informative. Vicky B came over to me with her lap top and went over my Vehicle Health Inspection line by line explaining what Bradford, my Technician observed and Recommends. They even take a photo of your vehicle and if necessary a video for some portions of inspection. The professionalism and comprehensive way I was told about what needed to be done to my vehicle really made me feel confident about allowing them to work on my Mini Cooper. I just activated my account with Schertz Auto Service Online Service Center - Auto Vitals-you can Schedule appointments online, review your vehicle maintenance history etc... and I am blown away! Super cool! I will be back!

  Everyone was friendly and courteous. The shop is set up with great equipment to get the job done right. Great support and they will pick you up or drop off if needed.
  Photos of issues helped to identify action needed. Work was performed in very reasonable time. Recommendations for repairs or to monitor for a later repair date were on point.
  
  I would consider using again.
