  1. Our youngest was at aftercare when the care giver contacted me to say our child had ice on their mouth as their tooth cap hurt.
  2. I arrived at KIDS DENTAL after hours.
  3. Our child needed an emergency extraction. The tooth split horizontally and nerve endings were exposed. Dr. Ding recalled how our son reacted to surgery and asked how we wanted to proceed.
  4. The staff made our son comfortable. The numbing hurt and the extraction was tender. He made it through. I, mom, made it through (Yes, that’s important. They also handled me with kid gloves as I’m a ball of anxiety with dental work).
  5. They followed up with text and a call when I had a few other questions.
  6. We are so grateful they were there and available for us. A toothache is nothing to play with. A split tooth with nerve ends showing is even more delicate.
  7. I’d gladly pay the after hours fee again for that care and service. I’m in awe of the process and order they took with us.

  I love the team here at Kids Dental especially Dr.Kim! My son had a dental emergency this weekend and Dr. Kim immediately returned my call and gave me instructions on how to care for my son. She reassured me that he would be fine until Monday and had staff call first thing Monday Morning to get us in. While in the office the Team walked me through every step they were doing and was very gentle with my son. He looks amazing! Thank you Kids Dental and Dr.Kim!!! :-)

  Dr. Lisa Ding and her assistant Jamie were simply fabulous! My 9 year old daughter had a wonderful experience, painless and pleasant. They made everything possible to make her feel at ease. We will definitely be coming back to this office:) Also the facilities were very nice and clean!

  Wow! What an amazing staff! My son is 19 months old and was not scared to go in here. We came from a place where he would leave crying because the doctor didn’t seem to care about him. Over here, the dentist sang to him as she brushed his teeth and he was laughing!!!! He loved all of the books and toys around him. When we were leaving the ladies at the front were so sweet to him! They let him come back there and play the little bell set! It was so sweet! Thank you for making his dental experience fun and enjoyable!

  Dr. Lisa Ding and her staff were amazing when my daughter had a dental emergency in July 2019. They took her back almost immediately when we walked in, quickly assessed her condition, and followed up with us personally multiple times over the next 48 hours. We will never forget how much caring and compassion Dr. Lisa showed our daughter that week.
