  I was referred by my sister whom lives in Schertz. All employees are so professional and very informative. Manager Juan is awesome! He was very explanatory and informed me of how the break components work. Bring a woman it’s so nice to be able to understand what work is going to be done and why. I truly recommend this store . Juan knows his job and has visto very good customer service skills. Much appreciated! I will recommend family and friends. This shop is fair, very informative and polite. Keep up the awesome work Juan!

  Honestly, my best experience at a shop. #1 JV and his team were very welcoming and took care of my car right away even though I arrived an hour early. #2 Each part was pointed out to me, with full explanation of how they all work together and how each affects another. #3 He was honest of what I NEEDED and what would just be beneficial. #4 I was offered discounts to help bring the total down where possible. #5 The total labor was estimated at 3hrs & instead of having to sit there in my work uniform, A young guy, Joseph was kind enough to give me a ride to my house near by. Thank you all again for the exceptional service !

  Awesome customer service. Employees told me about an hour and a half for service to be completed and they were very close to that time. I appreciated that from the first evaluation they explained everything and I felt no pressure to choose the level of service I wanted. Also they double checked and made sure I knew exactly what they did before cashing out. I will be a return customer.

  Great customer service. I really appreciated the Thorough brake inspection. They explained where the problems were and explained the multiple ways to fix it with different prices depending on the service that would best fit my price range. Even their most expensive service offered was far far cheaper than any other places I went to get quotes from. I found that extremely helpful because I had little no money being a single father of 2 to get the work done that was needed to make my vehicle safe for my kids and I. So far I have not had any issues with my truck but I am going to still keeping an eye out on the truck.

  JV and team are very welcoming from the get go. I showed up on Wednesday 13Nov and was inquiring about a brake inspection and wanted to get an oil change. They recommended I make an appointment and they would get me all squared away. Showed up The following morning at 8:45 and the greatness began! You get updates of all the inspections to your phone. Then they go over it item by item and recommend good, better, best. The attention to detail is amazing.
  
  I left feeling great and the service I received was worth the price. A couple days later I did have my service brake light come on and got a little worried. Stopped by the following morning at opening and JV again welcomed me right away. He could tell something was wrong and wanted to do whatever it took to fix the problem. I had to leave my truck there to get inspected again and so JV had a technician take me to AND from work. Found the problem. Fixed it and I was on my way again feeling just as good as I did the previous time I left. Thank you JV and brake check.
