(October 27, 2023, 11:31 am)The barbacoa at Rios is great. They have different orders on the menu offering combinations of barbacoa, tamales, chicharones, menudo, advocados, corn & flour tortillas, red, green and Pico de Gallo hot sauces.

(October 22, 2023, 2:55 pm)It should be noted this location only provides Take Out Service. There aren’t tables and chairs nor restrooms to use. But for what it is currently it does provide Exceptional Service and Food. It is Hot, Flavorful, and Ready to Eat. The Barbacoa is the Best Barbacoa anywhere. I recommend getting there early as they run out and the last few orders of the day usually have more fat.
I have been coming to this location for the past 3 years. I wish they had a location in New Braunfels. The 30 Minute Drive to Schertz is definitely worth this Incredible Barbacoa. Price is worth it and very budget friendly. I highly recommend this Barbacoa.
