(January 27, 2020, 7:32 am)While the wait times are not quick, the nurses & NP I see are amazing. Always friendly & willing to chit chat a bit. I have never felt rushed or like the NP just wants me out. She takes the time to explain everything & answer all my questions. Which tells me that if she takes that time with me, then she does with others who are less informed so they understand what is going on, thus causing a slightly longer than normal wait time. Which is understandable & acceptable.
