I like not to be bothered but there is this sales associate which I thought she was the manager because of her polish look, her confidence, and the way she talks to customers. I have read the reviews and I agree to the rest of the reviews and I see the reviews that describes this tall woman and well this is the lady that I thought she was the manager. I have heard the same scripted lines from the other associates but this tall woman (by the way her name is Gina) she is so natural so genuine. She approached me and she complimented me on my suit. Then she saw me looking at shoes and she informed me that there were other shoes that I might like and she was right. She pulled out her phone and she taught me how to navigate the website. She couldn’t order them because the system let her. She explained the Wish List and how I can come in and try to order from them. She was so kind. So professional. She approached another lady from a different point of view. I eavesdrop just to see how she would help her. She asked all these questions “ Is the event in the day or night?” “What’s the color themed?” I was in awe. She styled this lady from head to toe with so much confidence. For the many years I have been coming here I have never seen a sales manager take pride in her job. Again I am appalled that she not the manager of the store but boy does she carry herself like if she is. I want to give her praise on her work ethics and again....the tall lady, her name is Gina and if you need someone to help you well I recommend you to go see her! Cato is very lucky to have her!!!!”

“I recently purchased an outdoor bar with barstools, a huge umbrella and a fire pit from Family Leisure. As soon as we walked in the huge store, we were greeted by Scott. He was a Manager and helped us decide on all of the above furniture. When we wanted to see one specific umbrella, it was not on the sales floor, so they set it up for us. We actually saw Scott "run" to the warehouse to get examples of material, etc. He was the best and the delivery guys were respectful and did a great job, too! Highly recommend Family Leisure and if you want to get the best service, and be entertained, ask for Scott!”
