“I have to challenge any negative comments on this review as incorrect and those who just want to complain. During my visits I never had a problem finding an associate to help me. I've been patronizing this store quite frequently lately and found all of the associates (Sharon, Adam, Jennifer) that have helped me find what I need and even the cashiers (Michelle, Liz) all were respectful, courteous, and helpful during my visit. All of them went out of their way to assist me. The customer service individuals (Jennifer and crew) were always respectful and go out of their way to resolved any returns of problem. The comment below from Andy is completely false. I actually look forward to my visit here to experience the friendly and "Thank you for coming into my store" attitudes. This has to flow down from management.”

“I pulled into Gunn Chevrolet and my dream truck was sitting in the front on the curb. Sal came up to my husband and I and introduced himself. He was friendly and efficient. We took a test drive and decided this was the one. He had the side steps installed while we were waiting for finance. It did take a little longer due to it being the last Saturday of the year, but I was extremely pleased with Sal and Zach in finance. I would definitely go back. I love the One Simple Price. They gave us a good deal on our trade, so no haggling and experiencing that frustration! I love my new truck!”
