They have been really helpful in making somebody who doesn’t understand anything about these kinds of stuff grasps something out of it and walking me through the process. Derrick, Rob and all the others have been extremely responsive and helped me a lot. Very smooth process. Floor looks great and pointless to say, I am highly satisfied with the outcome.

They don't always have the amount of floor you need but they do order and it comes in less than a week. Bought flooring here for 2 different apartments, and satisfied with the price and the quality. ( A bit pricey for custom parts such as nosing. But not more expancive than other stores.) 5 stars for the price quality and service.
