(June 16, 2018, 11:10 am)I started at Walgreens where I walked in with a script and insurance card. Took about 15 minutes for the kid to enter my info, and was told that it would take 45 minutes...an hour later I was called to the counter and told that they couldn't get my insurance to work. She called the insurance company who verified my coverage, but the lady still.could not get the Walgreens system to accept my info...this process took an additional 30 minutes while I was in pain....so, an hour and 45 minutes in this place to be told I would have to pay $400.00 because insurance would not cover it....
.so I drive over to the new CVS on W lake Houston. Nikki, the pharmacist, had my insurance entered, script filled, and had me out the door in 10 MINUTES flat...she also found a half off coupon online, which took my out of pocket from $40.00 down to $20.00. I think you guys know who just won my business -
