(May 19, 2017, 11:40 am)This place is great. They are a family owned and run franchise, I like to support small local business when I can. The gym is a bit small, but literally has almost anything you need for any type of training. Also very very rarely is this place over crowded. I almost never have to wait for equipment. The owners are on site pretty often through out the day, and are very friendly. They will strike up a conversation with you if that is what you like, or they will leave you alone to focus on your work out if that's how you roll.
