(December 7, 2018, 7:58 pm)This ER is absolutely amazing. I was taken into a room before I could start the paperwork. My vitals were taken immediately and the nurse was very quick to ask why I was here and no more then 5 minutes I was introduced to Dr. Simons. He was excellent and bed side manner could not be topped. I was given an iv by the nurse all that was explained to me as the nurse did it.I must admit she performed it Extremely well.. I was given a CAT scan and within being there just over 1/2 hour I had the results. Everything was discussed with me and was so amazed that the Dr. could read my face so well. He new I was worried, knew I was in extreme pain and releaved thinking my diagnosis was much worse but still critical.
I was given the best care ever from an ER. My total time there was 3 hours and none of it was waiting for someone to come in but for my iv to finish each med drip.
I will highly recommend this ER. They are outstanding!!!! -
