(September 19, 2016, 12:18 pm)CFB was the first CrossFit gym in Baytown! I have been going to CrossFit Baytown (CFB) since 2012. I absolutely love the coaches and the people that workout here. The gym members have such a fun and friendly relationship. In between workouts we crack jokes and have a great time. I had worked out in a regular gym for years before trying CFB. The best part is that I just have to show up and they provide the programing that will meet your individual needs (very athletic to beginner). I always leave feeling like I've had a killer workout. The beauty is that you can always gear the weight amount or movement to your abilities/goals as an individual. You will not feel like you are surrounded by expert athletes. Everyone in this gym is supportive and encouraging to all members regardless of athletic capability.
