The facility was very nice and clean! We didn’t wait long before they called us back. The nursing staff and physician were very nurturing and kind. They worked together to give the best care for my daughter and also played with her and my son to make them comfortable. It can be scary going to the doctor for a child but they did their best to comfort them and offered drinks and snacks too. We received our test results in very quickly and the doctor wrote a prescription. I strongly recommend Family First Er and plan to use them again in the future! I wish I had remembered their names but I do remember Mario and he was super sweet, fast but efficient with the dreadful swabs, and great with my kiddos! Huge thanks to him also!

I felt welcomed from the minute I walked in. Each staff member I encountered was very friendly, professional and courteous from the nurse that checked me in to the nurses that treated me. They did not treat me like a number. The care was fast but efficient. Dr. is friendly and compassionate.

Everyone was so friendly! We had no wait, but if we had, they have snacks, drinks and a warm fireplace in the lobby! We felt so welcomed there. The nurses and doctor were very patient and helpful while treating my son. Best ER experience I’ve ever had!

My husband and I stopped in yesterday evening and were so impressed by the new, beautiful, and spotless facilities indoors and outside at this Family First ER! The staff is so warm, friendly, enthusiastic and helpful! Mario, the ER tech, couldn’t have been more bubbly, cheerful or helpful and put us at ease right away. The lobby and waiting room here is so welcoming with a multitude and variety of drinks and snacks, and a cozy fireplace and nice comfy seats. Doesn’t feel like you’re in a scary and cold medical place like other crowded emergency facilities. Not wishing a medical emergency on anyone ever, but if you have one this is definitely the place to come to get great care and comfort!

The place was very relaxed, but professional. In every way possible their set up eliminates every negative aspect of having to go to an ER. The area was immaculate, the response time was swift, the staff was friendly and highly proficient, and the care was top notch.

Everyone who has ever been to an ER has had an experience like the following: As you approach the building you are already tense from a lifetime of negative association. You know that when you cross that threshold you will be enveloped in a nearly tangible and universal sense of antipathy that borders on overt hostility that you were so bold to think you needed to be there. The staff you will see does not care for you because they do not care for being there at all. You will be dealt with abruptly and dispassionately before being sat down to largely ignored for 6 or more hours in an uncomfortable space that somehow smells both septic and antiseptic all at once. After that interminable wait in a space devoid of comfort you might be sent to a triage room where you will be treated by people who are either too nervous to be proficient so they cause more harm than good, or you get someone who is too burnt out to remember that you are even human. The whole experience leaves you feeling like you’ve lost much more than you have gained by going. We have all felt this, and we have all developed the same extreme ER hesitance because of it.

I am here to tell you today that 1 experience with Family First Emergency Medicine will restore your faith in ER treatment, and ease if not eliminate entirely your hesitance in seeking ER treatment. They are above reproach.
