Great people, services are guaranteed and completed in a timely manner.
I was part of the group that lost their cars in the flood. I had the wrecker take it to Gentry's. I asked the tow driver about the service and he said I had made the correct choice. I have not really dealt with mechanics here in the past, consider this my experience. Went in several days later and we discussed job scope of replacing a long block, [OEM], and a complete estimate. I knew were backed up, but Ed looked the vehicle over, and looked at some parts I did not want used, durable i.e. belts, hoses and electrical components. He gave me a date, I did not check on the vehicle early, called the office on the date promised, got me my total and had handled the insurance ahead of starting work. Paid out and have not had any problems.
Good people working hard to meet customers standards.
