“I actually love living here, the property is recently under a new owner so it's getting a nice update. Raintree is my 4th apartment and by far the best. Maintenance is usually same day. You get notice via email when something is going on, like maintenance completed the work order or someone's pet is missing. The staff is very friendly and always calls you back if needed. Rent is paid online, which is super convenient so you don't have to worry about the office being closed or leaving a payment in the drop box. I absolutely LOVE MY SCREENED IN BALCONY!!!!! Living in mosquito country, having the screen there really makes the patio a usable space that I can enjoy having my coffee in, and of course it also provides bit more privacy. I'm going to definitely renew my lease as soon as the option is available. The price and location are amazing. Come by, if you lease, tell them Luci sent you and show them the last name nobody pronounces correctly lol”

“I was in need of a mini spool today, it was urgent and everywhere I called no one had one. Most people were rude until I came across this place. My co-worker ran across town more then an hour from where we were and of course these guys had what I needed. When I called the gentleman was polite and seemed interested , not just hurry up on the phone. Very polite and very professional!!!! I got my mini spool in and it was EXACTLY what I needed.
