The tech came out on Tuesday to give me an estimate, once approved that night, they scheduled for the install/change out to be done two days later. Their tech showed up at the time he said he would, stayed to wait on the inspector and everything to be up and running correctly. Both the owner and the tech were on board, polite and courteous.
