At the end of every single work out, it just feels very fulfilling. He and his assistant are very professional, they will always correct my moves if i am doing wrong. If you are serious about working out, you should try it with Brice!

I was worried to workout, but Brice has been amazing at making sure I’m exercising properly and never in pain regarding my surgery. He’s very knowledgeable, his workouts are always challenging and I love how he regularly checks on me throughout the week to give me nutritional advice and motivation towards my goals. I’m so glad he’s my trainer, in such a short period of time I can already see and feel the difference!

Every week, we have different workouts he tailors for his clients - never a chance to get bored with Brice. He will get you in tip top shape! If you are serious about getting in shape, Brice is your guy!
