My mother was referred here by another surgeon for an issue she's been having for almost a year that had caused over 10 hospitalizations in 2017. We have been desperate for answers and a clear explanation of what could be happening with her and her health. Because of her very complicated health history, another surgeon suggested she be taken care of by someone with privileges in the med center which led us to being referred to Dr. Snyder. We are absolutely blown away with how wonderful he is. Her issue all along needed to be diagnosed/consulted with by a bariatric surgeon and we feel such relief to finally have answers and a possible avenue to go down to get her better. Dr. Snyder was kind, patient and sat with us for a long period of time. We (fortunately and unfortunately) do not have a current need to continue to see Dr. Snyder but I felt obligated to leave a review to tell everyone how wonderful he is. We feel so much more at ease now that we have answers and are so grateful for his knowledge, kindness and experience. I highly recommend him!
Great doctor - When a doctor is precise, has a good bedside manner and is thorough, I feel safe in his care. Dr. Snyder is a great doctor and I like that he is direct and kind - these characteristics are not mutually exclusive!! Great doctor!
Dr Snyder is the best surgeon i have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He did gastric bypass on my mom and during the procedure he keeps you updated, his bed side manners are something his mom is so proud of. He has never had the God complex that some surgeons have. After care while in hospital is truly amazing. Even after you go home he and his team will respond if you should run into issues or are unsure of something. He and his team are the example of what doctors and nurses should be. He is a surgeon i would let operate on my own kids. I cant stress enough what a truly amazing man and surgeon he is.
