  5 stars? Is that really all I can give?! They are deserving of so much more! From the moment I called in to inquire about repairs to my truck I was greeted with such warmth and professionalism! The receptionist was on top of everything from my paperwork with the insurance company to the rental. David was outstanding! Kept me updated throughout the entire process and I wasn’t treated like just another customer. The customer service from Frank’s is amazing and will forever be my go-to shop. They even went the extra mile and detailed my truck!!

  I have been to Franks in Crosby twice in the last month( 2 separate accidents). They treat you like a good neighbor. The first time I took my vehicle to Franks, The rental company in Crosby didn't have any rental cars so David gave me a ride home ( 15 minutes one way) that was very helpful. David is very professional and experienced person. The receptionist is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, she will even set up a rental car for you. The shop is clean and everyone is in uniform, very professional. They Do top notch work and are very fast too and the vehicle is always detailed before you pick it up. They by far exceeded my expectations. I have definitely found my family collision repair shop.

  Excellent service. It was my first time here and I’ll be back. I was there only for a new bumper but they went the extra mile and worked on the dents on the body and washed it and vacuumed and detailed the inside. Excellent. 5 stars easily!

  Great communication with the shop while they had my vehicle. The repairs done were of the highest caliber. They returned my vehicle to me all clean. Excellent experience, I would highly recommend their services.

  Very friendly and gets the product out in time.
  My car came back looking brand new and clean .
  I'm so glad I took my car to David he was definitely worth it.
  They take there work seriously and love there job and it made the process of getting my car fixed so much easier .
