Adrian is the best. I just moved in Oct 1st had no heat but he came same day to fix the heat. I tried using dish washer today and nothing happen. He also came the same day I put repair request and my dish washer is working. I am so pleased with Adrian because he is very prompt and fixes things right away. You should value him as an employee. Thank you Adrian 😄

I’m giving a five star review here because of Adrian!! Adrian is the reason people are leasing and renewing here. With the extremely high rent rates at Huntington a lot of the tenants myself included would not be renewing their lease if it wasn’t for the high quality service Adrian is providing. I know this first hand. He is a real asset to this community, when anything comes up he always shows up on time, courteous, respectful, very friendly, professional and mindful of our home and belongings, he will go out of his way to resolve whatever maintenance issue you have, all of this with a genuine smile on his face!

Adrian with maintenance came in today to help with some issues I was having with my fridge and immediately he was so welcoming and courteous, made me feel like I was having just another family member over. He went above and beyond not only to find the fix for me and stay to make sure everything was working fine, but he even offered to find other space for me to store my things in the meantime and personally handle any requests I might have in the future. Not only were all my problems more-than fixed, but he also gave me plenty of advice as to how to prevent similar problems in the future - and, I came away from it feeling like I'd just had a nice conversation with a friend! Very grateful for the time and effort he gave to me :)

I have lived at Huntington for many years and have had such a great experience! The apartment is beautiful especially after the renovations they did 5 years ago. One of the best parts is the maintenance and Adrian! Any issue that’s come up has been dealt with quickly and professionally. Adrian is positive and you can tell he really cares about making this the best living experience for the residents!

Adrian from maintenance is the best in the Hunting apartments. He has made my staying at the complex very problem free. Whatever wrong there is in the apparent He will make it right.
