  I have had 2 excellent experience with Stacey. One 2 years ago when I needed to lease a house but had a list of "needs" due to my current situation. Stacey worked quick and found me a house that met every single requirement and more; while staying within my price range :). She handled every detail and I was stressed about nothing during the process due to her organization and helpful step by step guide. When I decided to buy a house recently I had no doubt who I would call after the first great experience. Stacey again jumped on the "needs list" never trying to persuade me to lessen my requirements or increase my budget. She really focused in on and was understanding with what would work for my family as she sent me houses to review. We went to look one Sunday afternoon because it was the only day I was available and after 5 houses didn't meet my vision I was sad she was determined when we looked at the 6th house it was a PERFECT match to my dream home. Stacey worked quickly to make offers and communicate with the sellers agent. I believe due to her attention, expertise, and awesome personality they chose my offer over the others. Through the entire process, till the day I got the keys, Stacey was by my side. I don't know if I will ever leave this beautiful house to buy another but if I do Stacey will be my first call to sell this one and find the next one. I not only recommend Stacey Pottinger to anyone looking for a realtor but also think no one will out work this girl! Stacey will be by your side ready to support, encourage and/or guide you through, what can be, a very stressful time.
