They don't try to sell you things you don't need and will let you know if it can wait or needs to be taken care of right away. WiFi, water, coffee, and snacks for customers. Having work done can be stressful but at least you can wait somewhere that is clean and pleasant.

(September 26, 2018, 4:37 pm)Might be a smaller shop, but the guys here have great customer service and do a fantastic job on the quality of work. The waiting area is clean with snacks for customers, as well as TV. State Inspections are also performed here as well. They do seem to be short handed the times I go (maybe just coincidence) but they stay professional at all times and manage the workloads well.
