(August 4, 2018, 12:32 pm)We worked with Rudy Zavala at the Cypress South location to choose and install new wood look tile flooring as well as a backsplash. I consider myself to be very particular and probably a little hard to please. We took quite a long time to choose the tiles for our home and Rudy was very patient and supportive. During the installation process, Rudy answered my every phone call and even offered to come to our home to oversee the process. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and will be contacting Rudy for our carpet replacement in the future.

(May 30, 2018, 7:30 am)Great option for Flooring!!! Just redid ours with this location. They look amazing! Top notch install guys! Go in and ask for Rudy Zavala. He will walk you through every step of the way and makes himself the point of contact for any issues that may come up. He then resolves them and lets you not have to deal with anything. He is start to finish a great guy to work with! I could not be happier!

Our salesperson Chris Rone was accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable. We initially replaced our carpets in four rooms, and were so satisfied with the entire purchasing experience and installation that we returned to get our laminate floors upgraded to hardwoods. Chris was extremely responsive in helping us select the right products and worked both jobs into a very tight schedule. We could not beat the pricing and value looking anywhere else, and are thrilled with the results. Thanks!!
