(October 23, 2018, 9:41 pm)I was doing my regular grocery shopping and I never realized there was a jewelry store in there. I strolled through and expected Walmart/Sears jewelry. One of the associates, a well dressed gentleman assisted me. And to my surprise the product is really high quality, they have low prices and offer warranty's on everything. The gentleman (Forgot his name, but it started with a B) who helped me was knowledgeable, and very professional, you could tell he had experience. The service provided was exceptional, and he was definitely welcoming and provided me with a lot of information about financing and other products. Unfortunately I wasn't there to buy anything, but I felt as the customer experience was outstanding so I decided to write a review. Definitely recommend this place for anyone trying to purchase fine jewelry.

Samantha's suggestions; her overall knowledge of all merchandise in store and online; her deductions about my girlfriend's tastes; and the feeling I'd have if I stuck with our presentation plan to my now fiancé! Sam is invited to our wedding, our house warming and if we have a girl, I can't say I will name my daughter after her but we can at least give her the acronym. If you read this, thank you Ms. Addonizio, its my mom, my soon to be wife, then you!

From the jewelry they have in the store, making your own custom piece, or repairing your jewelry, it is quality all around... At a reasonable price! The entire staff has great customer service, I highly recommend for all your jewelry needs.
