  I joined F45 when they first opened and have been going ever since. The workouts are always different and always challenging plus they go by very quickly. The trainers and owners are truly outstanding. They encourage you and challenge you at the same time. If you need a modification or a progression, they are there to help you so do not be afraid that you aren't ready. This is a workout for any fitness level. They accomplish this though offering modifications and progressions. The members make it feel like home or the best get-together you have been to in a long time.   One of the BEST 45 min workouts out there!
  The atmosphere was always great! The people coached and showed proper form! The energy of the people at the 5am classes where as if not more then the evening classes! You came there to work you got a good workout and no thinking needed, just doing! Simple circuits... simple work... simply results! Can’t wait to go back for more once there is a location closer to me but I did made a 40 minute, each way, drive here every morning! I have been working out for 10+ years and I am ex military and I enjoyed every second! Come check it out and leave wanting more!

  Couldn’t recommend F45 enough! The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, the workouts are innovative and never repetitive, and gym members really make this place feel like home. The family environment cannot be overstated and this has driven me to be a more committed individual. The group workouts help maintain accountability and the rotation of classes never yield a dull moment. Definitely a 5 star worthy experience!

  I love this place! It’s taken me a long time to find a “gym” that I really like and will actually go to! I’ve found my home gym at F45 Bridgeland! It’s in the neighborhood and all the trainers are amazing and keep you motivated! I love the fast pace, you don’t have time to think about not wanting to do the workout. The loud music keeps the momentum and the fun, fast environment make the classes go by fast! You leave feeling tired but stronger and happy because you just killed a full body workout! Try it out - you’ll love it! Invest in yourself!

  Everything about this place is wonderful... the trainers, the members, the energy, the motivation... It’s one of those places that brings everything you need together... At first it’s tough, but it wouldn’t be fun if it wasn’t because you get to reach goals and defy the norm... It’s worth every penny!!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️
