I tried out several CrossFit boxes in the area before making Human Power Crossft my box. It just felt the most welcoming and has become my favorite time during the day! It had become my home away from home and the members and owners have quickly grown to be my framily! I love the small classes, fun classes and awesome coaches and best workout buddies! I can do more now than I ever thought I could!
I’ve always liked working out, but Human Power Cross Fit took me to a new fitness level. I love the competitive nature of the workouts, the people, and ongoing coaching provided. I am more fit now, than I was playing college sports over 30 year ago.
After having my daughter I was looking to get back into shape and I found Human Power CrossFit. It has been a wonderful journey. The workouts can be adjusted for any fitness level and the personal attention from Coach Brian helps keep me on track.
My home away from home!!!! Love the members and love that the class sizes aren't so large that people get lost in the shuffle!
Human Power CrossFit has changed my life in such a positive way that I have been a continuous member and now Level 1 Coach for almost 2+ years. We are small right now but are growing everyday and treat everybody that comes in like family. We have great class atmosphere, excellent coaching and really try to appeal to all of our athletes needs. As long as I am in the Cypress area I will be a member of Human Power CrossFit!
